Working with EK Health Systems, Inc., an innovative multi-disciplinary company which provides Utilization Review, Nurse Case Management and Bill Review for major carriers and companies in California, Illinois & Colorado.

Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Independent Contract & Associate Attorney involved with all aspects of worker’s compensation defense including analysis of medical reports, development of litigation strategy, applicant and doctor depositions, expedited hearings, pre-trial conferences, trials, lien conferences and hearings, petitions for reconsideration and writs of review; speaking engagements included Educational Seminars for clients and monthly Legal Updates at the South Bay Industrial Claims Association; mentored associates on civil subrogation matters; and trained with the 2008 EAMS roll-out.

Worked with an with emphasis on contract analysis, interstate research, licensing issues, due diligence document review, human resources issues and winding down of company.
